Signing into Okta on a Chromebook. Get to the screen where it says Security Key or Biometric Authenticator. I plug in my USB and a little blue wheel spins but nothing happens. The prompt to you the button on the USB doesn't come up and I can't login. This has happened on 2 devices now. Any help would be appreciated.

USB security keys are supported by Okta with Chromebooks. I suggest opening a support ticket with Okta support to gather more details and further investigate this in a call.
I already opened a ticket with support, not really getting anywhere with that. I wanted to see if anyone else out there had any similar situations.
Seems like updating the Chromebook to the newest version is causing this. Had a Chromebook on the older version and it worked until I updated it.
