Email verification not arriving

Hi, i am trying to verify my Okta account, however i dont recieve the email into my inbox.

 

I have checked with the team that manages our email, and we are not seeing it, i.e. its not getting rejected, it never gets to us at all.

 

I need someone from Okta to check their logs and see if they are sending us the verification email, and if so, where is it going, is it bouncing, timing out etc?

 

As i said, from our side we dont even get a hint in our incoming traffic logs that we have anything inbound from Okta...other external emails come through fine, so they (and i) believe that this is an Okta issue.

    If you have exhausted the options mentioned in the "How to Unblock an Email Address from the Okta Email Address Bounce List via API" article, you can open a case to work with the support team to further investigate possible issues with the email deliverability. 

    That being said, depending if this is a continuous issue or not, it might have been related to the third-party service issue that happened on the 23rd

    hi there, i will open a case as on our side we dont even see the email...its not being rejected - we dont think Okta is even sending anything...

    Ok, when i click on that link you provided i get "You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case" - how do you want me to proceed?

      Hi @JohnD.20854 (Customer)​ - you will require Super Admin or Case admin permissions to be open a case. If you have those permissions but are still experiencing issue with it, you can try calling the support line (800) 219-0964 (Customer Support Account ID number required) so our colleagues can investigate and assist.  If for whatever reason those options are not available for you, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.

    any idea who that might be, there are almost a million people in my company...

    i just want someone to see if my account is messed up, as its 100% not sending out any emails as we dont see anything in our proofpoint logs...
