Hi, i am trying to verify my Okta account, however i dont recieve the email into my inbox.
I have checked with the team that manages our email, and we are not seeing it, i.e. its not getting rejected, it never gets to us at all.
I need someone from Okta to check their logs and see if they are sending us the verification email, and if so, where is it going, is it bouncing, timing out etc?
As i said, from our side we dont even get a hint in our incoming traffic logs that we have anything inbound from Okta...other external emails come through fine, so they (and i) believe that this is an Okta issue.

If you have exhausted the options mentioned in the "How to Unblock an Email Address from the Okta Email Address Bounce List via API" article, you can open a case to work with the support team to further investigate possible issues with the email deliverability.
That being said, depending if this is a continuous issue or not, it might have been related to the third-party service issue that happened on the 23rd.
