I am the only super admin for our organization. My access to Okta relied on Okta Verify. My smartphone died so I need to reset my MFA but I have no way to get into Okta to do so. Is there a workaround? Or does Okta Support need to reset it? I am using the free Okta Preview.

Free trial/Developer account credentials or MFA cannot be reset by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your username and password or MFA.

Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.

Thank you, Paul. We found a workaround: my coworker is an Org Admin so she was able to temporarily disable Okta Verify as an MFA, which forced me to choose another MFA option. We now have 3 super admins, as recommended, and we're making some other changes to avoid this situation in the future.
