Hello,
We have been using the OKTA trial since 4 months now to authenticate palo alto global protect users.OKTA is integrated with out active directory and it was working good. Now when I am adding new users I cannot see them in the okta users list.
The active directory has not issues and int portal it shows connected without any errors. I am trying to open a case with OKTA but I cannot as its asking me for the account id which is not shown in the portal. Please help.

Please note that trial orgs expire in 30 days and do not fall within the scope of Okta Support. You must be using some other kind of org, for example Okta Cloud Connect or Directory Integration Edition.

I have tried reaching to support team and sales team to purchase the services but there is no response. Kindly can we resolve the issue ?
We don't want to change the organization name as lot of users are connected to to it, i need support urgently.
