We use Windows 11 Enterprise edition with Multi-Session support, which utilizes the RDS service to provide the multi-session feature. The problem occurs when we enable Time Zone redirection on the golden image or via GPO. Okta authentication stops working for Microsoft account login.
When we disable it, everything returns to normal, but at that time, users see the wrong time-zone depending on the Azure region.
GPO
Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Administrative Templates - Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services - Remote Desktop Session Host - Device and Resource Redirection - Allow time zone redirection - Enabled
Other OKTA authentications work fine . Its happening only with Office365 login, like Outlook, Edge, Office activation etc.
Is there any solution to fix that?

Hi @66e3h (66e3h) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
As far as I can see, there is no mention of support on the Okta side for this type of use case.
I would assume this issue is expected if the time-stamps on the requests don't match due to time zone conversion, but I would recommend that you open a case to work with the Support team to have this properly investigate. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
Regards.
