We are experiencing an issue where emails are bouncing back, causing OKTA to blacklist the affected email address [redacted by moderator]
Based on our Internal discussion, before there's a support tab in the upper right-hand corner where we can request to unblock these users. Could you guys please assist in removing the affected user in the blacklist?

Once you've made the necessary checks/changes on your provider side, you can check the option in the following guide:
How to Unblock an Email Address from the Okta Email Address Bounce List via API
Beyond that, if you have a paid account with us, you can open a case (SuperAdmin/Case Admin permissions required) with the Okta Support team to check if Okta back-end changes need to be made.

If you have exhausted the self-service options previously mentioned, the you will need to open a case to work with the Okta Support Team for further investigation.
