Hi,
I occasionally test my companies client application for OKTA integrations. This has worked fine in the past with gmail accounts. I tried just now to sign up for a new dev account and was prompted with the requirement that a "Business email is required" in the signup form.
This is a blocker for me because I can't use my actual work email, is being used for my prod OKTA account authentication for normal non-dev stuff (email etc.). Can you please point me in the direction on how to properly use the same email for both a prod and dev account. Or perhaps a list of known "Business emails" that are valid, I tried protonmail and it was rejected as well. Do I need to spend $15 a month for a Microsoft email for this to work?
Thank you

Hello @RobE.67313 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
This restriction has been set in place for security reasons. Currently, email domains that are commonly used for personal accounts are no longer allowed to be used for org creation. Please use a business email, or in other words, your work email.
Regards.

Thank you, as I previously stated that will not work for me because that email is already in use from my prod account and can't be used with a development account as well. Can you provide further instructions please.

@RobE.67313 (Customer) I've brought your matter to the attention of our extended team. Please discuss with your company's internal IAM team if they could provide you with a secondary email address to use for testing purposes.
