Custom Attribute Dropdown Limit
Is there a limit on the number of dropdowns you can add to a Custom Attribute?

As per our documentation:
"While a character or size limitation is not currently enforced for Okta user profile attributes, as a best practice, Okta recommends maintaining the size of Okta user and App user profiles to less than or equal to 1 MB in size."
