Good morning, I'm having an error message when assigning a Dropbox Business license to a user using OKta automatic sync, it shows the following message: An error occurred while provisioning Dropbox Business
Automatic provisioning of user to app Dropbox Business failed: The credentials used to connect to the API were invalid; Please check your configuration

The issue seems to be the Provisioning account used for the API integration. Try to re-enter the credential for the account use and re-login to enable provisioning back.

The options are as follows? Must it be done with the super administrator account or is it enough that you are an administrator?

Please, could you share with me the procedure to place the new key that is going to be generated in the synchronization you mentioned. Since I don't have that information.
