I am unable to login to my University that is using Okta but I am unable to do so saying "User is not assigned to this application." even though I should be able to login and have no sanctions against me. I have contacted multiple help services with my University but they are unable to help. I wanted to see if an admin could help even though it is a long shot. (I have tried using different devices, locations, and browsers to login)

While Okta provides the Product(IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual application access, account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider.
Please reach out your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.
