Admins are unable to login after disabling OKTA Verify under the factor enrollments by mistake

I was trying to find a way to disable the default requirements for Multifactor Authentication

While exploring the options I landed on Security -> Multifactor -> Factor Enrollment and disabled the already configured Okta Verify

 

Now none of the admins are able to login:

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM4z000007IroK

 

Would like to know if there is a way to revert this change any how?

none of the super admins or admins are able to login

Looks like i do not have access to contact the OKTA support
