Logins using On-prem mfa failing after upgrade to 1.8

Hello, we recently upgraded the agents to 1.8 and now logins are failing, the documentation says that "downstream services" may also need to be upgraded, but it is not clear what those are: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/required-update-radius?language=en_US , does this mean the RSA server itself must also be upgraded as per this article: https://community.rsa.com/s/article/RSA-Announces-Critical-Security-Updates-for-RSA-ID-Plus-Components-RSA-Authentication-Manager-and-RSA-Identity-Router

or is it something else entirely?

  • Hi @GiovanniG.92225 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

That is correct. You will need to update the RSA side as well.

If you experience issue with the integration after the upgrades, please open a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate this further. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
