We have observed an issue with the AWS application integrated using the Okta plugin:
"https://gate6-admin.okta.com/admin/apps/add-app*integration/SSO_USE_CASE/template_frame_swa3field".
The application is functioning correctly for some users but not as expected for others. The following problems have been identified:
1. When users click on the AWS application, the password field remains blank.
2. Users need to refresh and retry the login process for it to work.
3. For some users, both the username and password fields remain blank. Even after clearing the cache and reinstalling/configuring the application multiple times, the issue persists. However, when the same user logs in from a different computer, issues 1 & 2 still occur, but the login works.
This inconsistent behavior is causing unnecessary problems, and as a temporary workaround, we have shared passwords with users (which was not planned action).
What could be the root cause of this issue, and how can we resolve it after setting up Okta for AWS?

It is always the same users that have this issue or users that usually work will sometimes fail to login themselves? If it's always the same users, this might be a browser issue and in this case I would recommend a different browser.
Additionally, I would recommend to review the application assignment to be user they have the correct username assigned and not something blank.
If you are using the Everyone group for application assignment, this could cause incorrect application assignment.
