Customized New User Activation Email

We have customized the user activation email however each time we activate a staged user the default verbiage is sent instead of the customized one?

    Hi @CindyC.06376 (Customer)​ , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community! 

     

    Based on my initial research, this seems to be the expected behavior as the activation email is based on the domain leveraged for the notification trigger. If activation is triggered from the Admin UI, it will leverage the default domain.  

    Something similar was discussed in an older post as well. 

    That being said, I noticed when researching this issue that you have opened a support ticket as well. I recommend working with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate this further. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
