Locked out of test account - cannot log in probably due to enforced MFA.

Hi! We've got an account in Okta, which we use for federation testing and being the only admin, I'm currently locked out of my account.

I cannot create a support case either, so the only way is for me to contact through community.

Can you please advise how can I restore access to our account?
