Good Morning, I have 2 groups that I think are setup the same. I setup Group Administrator rights for an employee for them both. He can only edit the members of one group. Can anyone think of a reason this is happening?

If a group has admin roles assigned to it that could be a reason. Only users with "Super Admin" role can manage groups with administrative roles as per the Okta docs. https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/security/administrators-group-membership-admin.htm
