I have taken the Okta Professional certificate on 30th JAnuary,2025 and it was showing Professional Pass. But I have not received the certificate yet. My proctor said with 72 business hours, I supposed to get the certificate but it is more that 72 hours.
Can anyone please let me know how can I get the certificate
