    Admin permissions are managed at tenant level. While Okta provides the Product(IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual application access, account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider.  

    Please reach out your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.  

     

    If you are an Okta Admin and are experiecing issues with the Okta Certification side of things and the training for the exams, you can reach out to our colleagues via certification@okat.com to clarify the matter.
