Hello everyone,
I am having a bit of an issue trying to add a dynamic zone to enforce geolocation restriction of certain devices. When I go to Security, Networks, Add Zones, I only see IP zone option but not dynamic zone, which I believe is what we use for geolocation restriction. Am I missing something? What are some of the prerequisites I need to be able to set it up?

Generally, when an option doesn't appear in your org, it's a matter of missing a certain feature. These features can be added through a support ticket, which you already have open. Please follow up on your ticket, and one of our engineers will assist you in gaining access to any feature you need.
Keep in mind that some features may come with an additional cost. You can discuss this with your Account Executive.
