Is there a way to obtain the user ID of Google Cloud or GitHub linked with Okta via API?(APIs implemented by administrators)
If so, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

@mbuq7 (mbuq7) -- I am not exactly sure what the ask is. If you have an application in "Okta" with provisioning setup there is an appuser profile for said user. If you look under assignments on the application and "Edit" a user it will show you the appuser profile information. If that is the information you are concerned with it can be obtained via API
