When Using the List Users With Search Card in for using Records Streamed , suddenly changed the behavior. its execute taking long time. Is there any changes??
Using List Users With Search Card for user data reports. previously its excutes data 30-40 mins around 15k records. Now,4 -5 hours ,suddenly changes behavior ?
Please suggest.

@t812g (t812g) -- This could be any variety of things. "Changes to your flow" through "latency on the backend". 15k records is a fairly large amount of records. Streaming is processing 1 page (200) users at a time to the Helper flow. I would expect variance in execution duration. Especially since latency is not guaranteed.

If you have a specific execution history showing that it was consistently taking 1 hour then all of a sudden starting on a certain day and all runs past that day are taking 5 hours with no significant changes to the flow structure. Then I would recommend opening a case.

Thanks for the info.
Our side no changes. As i observed the okta release notes showing as -
Current release
The Okta Workflows 2025.01.2 release was deployed to production orgs on Feb 4, 2025.
And our issue stared from 05th Feb,2025 so something changed from backend.
Now , i observed the workflow behavior is odd also, while execution started some time running and some time no execution again running . there was gaps on execution also.
i opened case , team also sharing above information only . Its not helpful.
how we can check complete logs for workflows.
