I have scheduled the okta Certified Professional Hands-On Configuration Exam for OIE exam today, while taking the exam proctor asked me to change the last name as per government proof and reschedule the exam.
I have reached to okta support via mail "certification@okta.com".
Can i know how long they will take to respond.
