Hello,
I was taking the Okta Professional Exam, and after submitting my answers, while the proctor began speaking, my computer unexpectedly turned off. I attempted to rejoin the session with the proctor, but she was no longer available.
The answers were submitted before this incident occurred. However, I noticed that the status of my exam on Examity is listed as "In progress."
Could you please confirm whether my exam submission went through successfully? Let me know if any further action is required on my part.

Based on feedback in other similar posts, I think you should email certification@okta.com and address this with them directly.
