In order to test SSO, I want to disable the feature to send email change confirmation, effectively I want to change a user's email address to any arbitrary value for testing purpose, without he has to click a link to confirm it. I am the Super Admin user for the trial Okta admin portal. I even created my own Brand, still, I cannot edit email notification.
Customization/Brands/MyBrand/Email/Email Change Notification, I cannot change Audience section to Admin Only, it is showing as All users and grayed out (disabled) for change.
What do I need to do to change that? is this because I am on a trial version? thanks!

This is expected behaviour for Trial accounts. If you have an account Executive with Okta you can discuss with them to enable the feature that will allow you to enable this option. If there is no account executive, then unfortunately there is not much we can do from our side as Feature enable/disable is not available for Trial accounts.
