NetSuite-Okta API Version is not being automatically Updated
I asked NetSuite to update the WSDL for our connection to Okta they indicated this is not in their scope and should be handled by Okta. The response from NetSuite support is below. Can Okta provide this update?
"I wanted to share some information regarding the WSDL version update. Typically, this update is managed on the third-party side, and in this instance, according to the document that you provided is done on the 'OIN Manager'. Please note that 'OIN Manager' falls outside the scope of NetSuite.
In the meantime, we will set the status of this case to Pending Customer Review to give you time to consider the details mentioned above."
Hi @RichardG.02441 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
Based on the information I could find the Okta Integrations Network version of the app, Okta is currently running with version 2020_1 and Engineering is currently working on updating to 2024.2.
While I don't see an ETA for the update, it's my understanding that this is not expected to impact your integration even if the release date on the Okta side will be delayed.
If you do encounter issues with your implementation is strongly recommend opening a case to work with my colleagues from the Support team to investigate and if needed, they can check in with Engineering to get an ETA.
