OIDC application does not show up under My Apps dashboard

I have a SAML application and an OIDC application. I assigned myself to the both applications in the same way. I see that I am assigned to both. When I go to my end user dashboard, I only see the SAML app listed.

This page (https://developer.okta.com/docs/guides/add-private-app/openidconnect/main/) instructs users to test SSO using this end user dashboard. How do I get my OIDC app here? I don't remember doing anything specific for SAML.

    @User17056847738629796440 (Customer)​  -- What do you have specified for your visibility under: General > Login section? If it is not configured to be visible to users then it won't show up on the user dashboard.

      Under my app, the general > login section contains these items:

      Sign-in redirect URIs 

      Sign-out redirect URIs 

      Login initiated by

      Initiate login URI 

      Where is the visibility defined?
