System log shows a discrepancy between acting user and logged in user for specific user account

When I look at the system log for a particular user, it's the only one that shows a discrepancy between the acting user and the logged in one. The strange thing is that it is not for every entry. For example, the MFA shows as being successful by the correct user, say user X and then an additional entry above at exactly the same time, showing user Y for Radius authentication is a success for user X. For all other users, the logs look normal. It seems like there is some administrative glitch somewhere, but I have no idea where. User X has permissions on the Radius app being used, so why does the Radius authentication log entry show as user Y when it should show as X like for all the other users?

Hello @NicolasG.04654 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

If the user had special permissions this could explain the discrepancy, where the user X will be logged in on behalf of user Y. However in order to understand what is happening I would recommend to open a case with Support as they will be able to review your Org logs and back-end logs and provide an explanation for this behaviour.
