yt0vx (yt0vx) asked a question.

No permission and No logs

Hello,

We have a user that is remote and cannot log in through Okta to any of our apps. When I go to check the users log to see if there are any, no logs exist for the user.

However, when I try to log into the system as the user locally here in the office, I am able to log in with no issues.

So it seems that his log in attempts are not even registering back to our Okta.

How can I fix this?

Check health insight to make sure not being blocked.

then do a video meeting and watch the system log not user log as they are using the wrong username 99%.
