tybph (tybph) asked a question.
We would like to use Okta FastPass on our handheld terminals.
In the past we have had Okta Verify on them but with the latest version and Android 11 it does not want to install.
We are testing with a Zebra MC33x with pistol grip (and without a builtin camera).
Is there a compatibility issue or something else blocking it?

Hello @tybph (tybph) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
At this time Android 11 is no longer supported for Okta Verify. Please see below the supported versions of Okta Verify:

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Hello Paul,
We have upgraded the terminal to Android 14 but it still does not want to install.
This model with a pistol grip does not have a camera, is this mandatory?
Hello @paul.stiniguta1.508386743840768E12 (Okta, Inc.)
Thank you very much for pointing this out.
As the Zebra MC33X seems to have an upgrade to Android 14 I still have good hope it will work out in the end.
Kind regards,
Ronald
Hi @paul.stiniguta1.508386743840768E12 (Okta, Inc.)
The terminal is running Android 14 build 14-23-05.00-UG-U03
Is there still some kind of version conflict?
Also having the same issue on a Zebra MC9400, running Android 13-15-17.00-TG-U00
Unable to push from Intune:
Error code: 0xC7D24FBC
The application can’t be installed because it is incompatible with the device.
