I have recently created a SAML integration between Okta and Zendesk. This was previously set-up through Azure (in case that matters). When I switched over, all users who had already logged into Zendesk were able to log in without issue. The only users who are not able to log in automatically are users who had newly been added to the group assigned to the Zendesk app in Okta. It seems JIT is not working. I have reached out to Zendesk support and they said there is a setting in the Zendesk app in Okta under Provisioning, but when I go there, all I see is link to a help topic to enable SCIM - which I do not necessarily need. Has anyone had luck getting JIT set-up for Zendesk? And if so, how was it done? Thank you

JIT can not be enabled on the Okta side, this is a setting that needs to be done on the SP side, in this case Zendesk.
