Hello,
I am attempting to sign into my Okta Developer account admin page by signing in with Google as I configured. The sign in process is obviously working correctly because I am successfully able to use the Okta integration to SSO into the associated app that SSO is configured for. When I attempt to sign in to the Okta admin console I am getting 403 Access denied with a response of "The+resource+owner+or+authorization+server+denied+the+request." I am the only one who should have access to this account and I do not remember locking myself out.
Please advise on how to fix this issue.

Hello @User17328261398054574109 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
This is in alignment with the Okta Secure Identity Commitment, Okta is requiring customers to use multifactor authentication (MFA) to access their Okta Admin Console.
If your Developer account cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your username and password or MFA.
You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account. We encourage you to save the credentials to ensure access in the future.
Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
