Hi everyone,
I'm currently managing Okta for my organization and am interested in upgrading to the Okta Identity Engine. However, I don't have a support ID, which seems to be required for contacting Okta Support directly.
Is there a way to proceed with the upgrade or get assistance without a support ID? Has anyone else faced a similar challenge? Any guidance or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
