Hi Okta Support,
I tried to schedule my Okta exam last week and successfully applied a coupon code [REDACTED by Moderator]. However, I canceled the exam later. Now, when I attempt to reschedule the exam, the coupon is not applying. And my exam id is [REDACTED by Moderator]. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can schedule my exam?
