Not able to login to my Dev account on Okta

Hi,

 

I am not able to connect to my Dev account on Okta anymore. I have only a super admin account, mine, but not even the recovery email or code is not sent by Okta to my email account to be able to recover it. I get an "

400

Bad Request

Your request resulted in an error. Identity provider is not valid.

Go to Homepage Technical Details ▾Identity Provider: OIDC, Error Code: invalid_request"

 

I was using this account for learning purposes and with it I had access to the practical exam simulation for the Okta exam, which now I cannot access.

Clicking the initial email "Welcome to your Okta developer account" give the same error.

What might be the cause and how do I get back into my account?

    Based on the description and the fact that you mentioned using this account for learning purposes, I assume you might have misconfigured something IDP/Routing Rules side.  

    Depending on the issue you might be able to bypass the IDP authentication by going to <YourOrgSubDomainHere>.okta.com/login/default and signing in with an admin account to try to correct or undo the configuration.  

     

    If you cannot access the tenant that way, please open a case or call our support line (800) 219-0964 to have one of my Support Team colleagues assist you further.
