Okta SSO Integration for Experience Site Users

We have multiple communities in Salesforce, and one person has users in all these communities. Our goal is to set up an Okta account so that this user can access all the communities with a single Okta login.

Hi @User17344418764917051186 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

I was unable to locate any explicit support/documentation for this use case.

I assume that if those particular communities are hosted by different Salesforce subdomains, you would have to create a Salesforce SSO integration in Okta for each.

I recommend checking with Salesforce Support to confirm the use case.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
