Hi All,
I was just wondering is there a way to Activate a user in spoke tenant only once they are activates in the Hub? So far it seems to me that if you configured initial status attribute application in Hub Tenant to push to Spoke tenant with pending_with_pass will put the user as staged in spoke tenant, this will require manual activation by an admin. Is there any way to keep the staged status but only activated once the user has activated in hub?

This use case is not currently supported. While the Org2Org provisioning features allow for profile updates, the user status is not treated as a profile attribute and remains set to the initial value configured at the user's assignment to the app.
You can suggest this as a Feature Enhancement on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
