I want to know that how can we can a report from Okta which contains the users (that we want according to their status) with their user ids and groups ids (the group which users are part of) in a report so that I dont have to keep checking single user for its user id and which groups he belongs to for getting their group ids.

Try running the built in User App Access report, download the CSV export, and open it in Excel. You can then filter/hide the columns you don't want. Looks like User name, ID, Group ID, and User Status are all there.

No problem: Go to you Okta Admin Console. On your left side navigation menu go to Reports. You will see "Entitlements and Access". Under that you will see "User App Access" linked in blue. Click on that. You will see the report and have a CSV Export button. Click the CSV Export button and wait for the download to generate. It will show up in your downloads folder. Open it with Excel and hide all the columns you don't want to see. Cheers!
Thank you Jacob, will I get the status of user account (eg. Deactivated, ACTIVE) as well along with user id and group id?

The report only contains user who are assigned to an application. Can we get the report for the users who are not assigned to any app. Also, will the report also contain the users that I deactivated in Okta?

In that case check some of the other built-in reports to see if they have what you need. If not, consider using a Okta workflow that will build a table for you. Search through answered questions as well, you may find someone else who asked about the same thing.
Great! It might take some work and tricks, but you should be able to extract what you need from both reports and combine the data.
