Hello! I am currently studying for the Okta Administrator exam and i am learning about Workflows, but for some reason, I do not have Workflow App in my Developer tenant.

This feature is currently not available on dev orgs. You may sign up for a free trial account, and you will have (limited) Workflows Console access.
