DanM.34740 (Customer) asked a question.

Unable to do passwordless sign-in with Adobe Acrobat

When signing into the Acrobat application, it opens an embedded browser window which doesn't allow for passwordless sign-in as the Okta logs show the sign-in is coming from a new device despite it obviously not be.

Is there a way to get around this?

Hello @DanM.34740 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.

If you have a paid account, you may want to open a ticket. You can do so here, and it can include more details that can't be shared in a public space, such as logs and account information. If you encounter trouble opening a ticket despite having a paid account and the right admin permissions, please contact your Account Executive. They can engage with the support team on your behalf.

I think the issue could be related to device registration. You can review the following articles on the matter:

Devices - this is the main article on this topic, with links

Device registration - a guide for the process with additional resources

Improved New Device Behavior Detection - a summary of the process

    Regards.
