Hello,
I need help with okta account. I was configuring the authentication and other security policies, and I made a mistake and all accounts including admins has been locked out of the okta account. Now, no one can login. Please help.

If you have a paid account, you may open a support ticket here. If you can't open it, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.
If no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account. You will need to use a different email address when creating a new org.
