Hi,
My company uses Okta for our Enterprise applications. I'm a developer though building a custom web application and I'm integrating Okta into the app. I created a personal Developer account using my personal Google account. Everything was working fine until it asked me to set up MFA when I was testing my app. It prompted me to try to set up a 2nd Okta Verify so I deleted my 1st Okta Verify but alas, that's the only way I can get into the personal Developer account with my Google account. Can you please help me get back access to Okta Developer through my personal Google account? I work for The Friedkin Group. My email is achu@friedkin.com. From our side we do not have access to reset your MFA, in this case you you will need to reach out to a different administrator from that organisation and ask for an MFA reset.

Hi Paul, thanks. I'm the only person in my organization because it's my personal Google account. The MFA that I need to log in now is tied to an Okta Verify account that I no longer have. So what can I do?
