  • I emailed them many times and do not get a response. none of my admins can get to that page.. I am an admin and i get sign in denied.. can someone please help us?

  • I am also having this issue and I am unable to get to admin dashboard despite being an admin for the company. I tried other admin credentials and also have the same "denied" screen. Contacted support and they seem to think I'm having an issue with logging in and said that they can't help with account recovery. That is the opposite of my problem. I login fine, just can't see the admin dashboard...
