We have configured Microsoft Entra ID as an IdP in Okta using this Documentation URL : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/migrate-okta-federation. After successfully configuring Microsoft as an IdP, we have tried IdP initiated flow
Current End User Flow: User after hitting: https://myapps.microsoft.com user have to Present their credentials and MFA to Microsoft after successful validation user get into Microsoft MyApps portal and after clicking on Okta Application user get redirected to his Okta Application Dashboard but when user is clicking on logout from okta he in not logging-out the session is not terminating.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR : If a User click logout button in okta application dashboard then he should be logout and the session should be terminated for okta. and user should land on Microsoft myapps.
you should add Microsoft's logout in okta. logout MS first, then logout Okta.

The issue that you are facing is expected behaviour because EntraID is the Identity Provider and as long as there is an active session with EntraID users will always be able to login back into Okta without any credentials request.
However, if you terminate the EntraID session or logout, then as soon as you logout from Okta you will not be logged back in.
