Hello!
I am Nick from Monosnap and we are trying to publish a SAML app to OIN. To achieve that, we are required to create a test instance to verify our app.
However, after I create the test instance and assign users to it, I receive HTTP 500 error, without any description, no matter if its SP or IdP initiated login.
The configuration is correct, and I think it’s an issue on the Okta side. If I create application completely from scratch then it works flawlessly. I think there is sort of collision happening.
Could you please check the issue? If you need more info or a call for live debugging, feel free to mention that.

Thank you for your response. I've already contacted that email and Louie Campagna directed me to this community forum. I've also contacted developers@okta.com and didn't get any valid response there. Could you please direct me to correct resource where I can talk with person who is responsible for this product?

If you have a ticket opened, you should continue working with our engineers through the ticket. In this case, you should find the automated email informing you that a ticket was opened and reply to it. The replies will show up on the ticket.
It would also seem worth reaching out via devforum.okta.com. Our developer team is also present there.

Hello Diana. I didn't get response from OIN team. The only instructions I did get is to contact this Help Center.
Hello OKTA team, I am also facing same problem with OIN Integration.
Our application is working fine if we create a application and test directly (SAML App) but through OIN integration I am getting error and it does not redirect to aplication
