Without any action (seems to) from noboidy something strange happens. When i tried to access this morning to the account panel with the super administrator user the window send an error.

it's italian, but it says like that:

"You do not have permission to access your account at the moment. For more information, contact your administrator."

But i am the administrator.

I have found this 2 hints, that i think can be the cause and the solution:

but it's impossible to access to any area of the account.

Basically the point is, at this state of the fact, what administrator should do to access to his area again?
