Okta Login screen is mostly blank

Some of our users are experiencing a partially blank login screen. This is preventing them from logging in

We are using the Okta branded login screen. You can see the Okta branding on the top and bottom of the screen, but the main login section is blank.

 

Our application is a typical OAuth application with Authorization Code with a Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) flow. For reference, we have Password login and Apple Sign-In configured. We also enabled Profile enrollment self service registration.

 

This issue appears to be sporadic, and we cannot replicate it on our own devices. According to the user, they were using an iPhone.

 

Any idea what the issue could be or how to solve it? Any further information needed from the user?
