Hi, well knows problem but really teadious. Be stuck in a login loop with application, okta doesn't allow to choose the method to verify so just FastPass option is possible. It happen with different app's like outlook slack or whatever.
If you may have an advice can be really appreciated.

Is you are an end-user, please reach out your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.
While Okta provides the Product(IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual application access, account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider.
