Hello everyone

 

I am receiving an adam okta error when i tried to login to a hospital website. the error is " the adam okta service was not recheable from your computer. kindly reach out to your local network team for more assistance." the error randomly happens and it fix itself. the time that it fix itself varies. sometime it fix in 15 to 30 minutes and sometime it doesnt get fix the entire day. I dont see anyone dealing with this error online. I am just currious how i can fix this.

    "Adam Okta Service" does not have any meaning in the context of the Okta Product overall. 

    I suspect it might be the name of a service account set up by your team.  

    I recommend checking in with your internal team responsible for that particular app's integration to review the matter and if needed, you can open a case to work with my colleagues from the Support team for an in-depth investigation.
