Even I sign out of my Freshdesk session, this remains active

How can I effectively sign out of my Freshdesk session? After I use the option in the Freshdesk app, this session remains open, and when I open the app again, I enter my previous session. This affects all the users that have a current session or change the user from different roles or applications because don't allow change users or re-enter the credentials.

    The Freshdesk Provisioning Connector by Aquera provides the integration to Okta required to create, update, deactivate, and delete users and their accounts in Freshdesk Software. In other words, it is used for provisioning. The connector does not manage the user's session once logged in.

    You can try contacting Freshworks Support for details on how they manage user sessions.
